Question 1 - Where is your store located?
Our new boutique store is located in Rouse Hill Town Centre (Rouse Hill, NSW, 2155). We are Shop GR152, which is in the BIG W section. You can find is in front of Decjuba, or next to Betts Shoes. If you have trouble locating our store, send us a direct message on Instagram and we can direct you.
Question 2 - Do you do same day pick-up for in-store orders?
Yes! When we have a senior monogrammer in-store (which is most days if not everyday), you can pick up your order in just 30 minutes! We're proud to offer the fastest turnaround time for personalised gifts in the Sydney Hills suburbs.
Question 3 - How long does it take to monogram an accessory in-store?
Just 30 minutes!
Question 4 - Is it an extra cost to monogram an item?
No way! If you purchase an accessory from us, we will monogram it for you for free with 1-3 characters. There is no extra charge. There is only an extra charge if you'd like to get full names on an item. You can checkout prices for additional letters here.
Question 5 - I made an order online for Click and Collect. When can I pick up my order in-store at Rouse Hill?
If you choose Click and Collect, your order will be ready within 2 hours for pick-up (if not sooner). The turnaround depends on how busy we are in-store. Most days, we can monogram your items in as soon as 30 minutes to 1 hour after your make your purchase online. Please wait for your email notification for pick-up to ensure your item is ready and for a smooth collection experience.
Question 6 - Can you monogram items which are not purchased at Hugh and Hyde?
Yes! We offer a unique custom monogramming service for external items, as long as they are accessories which are not already offered in our store, and the material also has to be compatible with heat embossing. Question 7 - I want to make a bulk order for my wedding / bridal shower. Do you take bulk orders and can they be personalised?
Yes! We can supply accessories in bulk and in wholesale prices. We work directly our factory which means our packages are competitive for the accessories, and of course can monogram them too. Get in touch with us at hello@hughandhyde.com and we'd love to book in a phone consultation.
Question 8 - How do I personalise an accessory online?
Use the drop down menu on each product page and select your preferred options. You can customise the font, font size, foil colour and characters.
Question 9 - I ordered online and chose shipping. How long does it take to arrive?
Standard Shipping is 5-7 business days. Express Shipping 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary, depending on the season, location and how busy the shipping courier is. We dispatch orders in 24 hours. If you need your order ASAP, the fastest way to receive them is through Click and Collect.
Question 10 - Do you do gift wrapping? How do you package an order?
All online orders receive one complimentary dust bag. When you purchase online and collect in-store through Click and Collect, you may receive a carry bag for an additional 50c. We also offer fabric dust bags for an additional charge In-store.
*Notebooks do not receive a fabric dust bag, but will have a secure bubble bag to protect the notebook from creases.
Question 11 - What monogramming options do you have?
You can choose from fonts available in-store - Times New Roman (TNR) and a cursive Vladimir Script. TNR is available online. You can also choose from a range of foil colours and font sizes (10mm, 6mm and 4mm). Our friendly team will guide you with options which best suit an accessory. We also have over 70 monogramming symbols to choose from, including hearts, religious symbols, flowers, celebrations and more!
