Question 1 - How do I personalise an accessory?  

Use the drop down menu on each product page and select your preferred options. 

Question 2 - When will I receive my item? 

Standard Shipping is 5-7 business days. Express Shipping 1-3 business days. Shipping times may vary, depending on the season, location and how busy the shipping courier is. 

Question 3 - Do you do gift wrapping? 

All online orders receive ONE complimentary dust bag. When you purchase online and collect in-store through Click and Collect, you get one free dust bags and the carry bag is an additional 50c. We provide custom fabric dust bags for an additional charge In-store.

*Notebooks do not receive a fabric dust bag. 

Question 4 - When do you dispatch an item? 

We are proud of our 1-2 business day dispatch. As soon as we receive your order and payment is confirmed, we will start your monogramming.

Question 6 - Are your prices reduced at your pop-up stores? 

Yes, as a little thank you for coming to visit us. However we don't do complimentary gift wrapping in store, only online. 

Question 7 - Which fonts do you have?

Times New Roman. We have discontinued our Arial font due to unpopularity. 

Question 8 - Do you offer monogramming services for events, expos and functions? 

Yes. We can do on-the-spot monogramming for events, big and small. Send us an email for quotes and date availabilities.
